About Me

Hello, my name is Kierstyn Heilbrun and I am the owner and founder of More Than Cotton!

I learned how to crochet when I was nine years old and instantly fell in love with the art. During my sophomore year of college at Boise State University in 2020, I started More Than Cotton. I now live in Nashville, Tennessee and am a full time crochet artist, designer, and teacher!

I focus on one of a kind crochet designs with a western flare, and have a passion for fashion. I design all of my own patterns, and lots of love and prayer goes into every piece that I handmake.

Teaching has always been one of my gifts, and a main focus of More Than Cotton now. I do individual crochet lessons, group classes, and programs for kids in the community. A crochet Bible study program is currently in the works—stay tuned for more info on that coming soon!

I am so blessed to get to share my passion with all of you, and am so excited to bring cowgirl crochet to Tennessee! Thank you for being on this journey with me!
